The BHD Foundation Achieves 501(c) 3 Status in the US

Last week, the BHD Foundation was officially approved by the IRS in the United States for 501(c)(3) status and is now a registered and recognised not for profit charity in the US.

This means that all future donations from U.S. donors are now tax-deductible, an important milestone for the foundation and our community.

Over the past months, we have been building essential, if often unseen, infrastructure. From registerign the charity to opening bank accounts to establishing core technology and systems, this groundwork is critical to our ability to operate effectively and grow sustainably. We were only able to achieve this because of kind donations from our community.
